I think Drake Maye is pretty overrated myself and Watson's performances vs Alabama showed him to be an elite prospect, but what conference do you think he played in?
Shoot he didn't just play in the ACC he got to avoid the one really good defense in the league at the time. Not advocating for any of them 1st round but the league was also loaded with mid round prospects last year though a couple have transferred out (Hartman, Van Dyke, Leonard, Leary, Travis, decidedly not Brennan Armstrong LoL)
