Did a quick sim through of 7 seasons overnight to test the database and it looks ok so far. Quick synopsis of the trial run (Julio not added yet):

Rob Nielsen
Signed for Swansea in the Championship early on then had a free transfer to Villareal in the Spanish La Liga at the end of his 1st season, where he did not make any appearances. Inter snapped him up for 2.2 million in the middle of the season and he made just 1 league apperance before Real Madrid signed him for 6.25 million. He spent 3 seasons there but all 3 were at Castilla (a kind of affiliated/related club) instead of the Real first team. Impressive goal-scoring record at the lower levels though, 47 goals in 67 games. After being unable to break into Real, he then signed for Blackburn on a free transfer. In the past 2 years at Blackburn in the English Premier League, he has scored 7 goals in 25 games.

Rob is also a full US international with 23 goals in 31 caps.

Jace Hunter
The Canadian international (49 caps) started his career with Villareal's Liga Adelante side. He was subsequently loaned out to Recreativo in the Liga Adelante for 2 seasons (55 games in all) before returning to the Villareal La Liga squad, where he played a total of 28 games over 2 seasons. When his contract expired, he decided not to re-sign with Villareal because he was offered a contract by Juventus, where hs is the number 1 keeper.

His one achievement of note so far is that he was named as the Liga Adelante goalkeeper of the year when playing for Recreativo.

Daniel Ertmann
Daniel was picked up by Nottingham Forest and he spent 2.5 seasons there playing in the Championship (76 appearances, 24 goals). Arsenal then signed him for 2.5 million and he has been there for the past 4.5 seasons, where he has just managed to break into the 1st team at the age of 24 (25 appearances, 5 goals, 1 assist). In all, he has played in 50 games for Arsenal so far and scored 11 goals.

Daniel is also an England international with 8 caps and 1 goal.

Marc Vaughan
The defensive midfielder was signed by Huddersfield in the npower League 1 to start his career, where he made 2 apperances before Bolton snapped him up for 325k. After 1.5 seasons at Bolton, he was signed by Chelsea for 925k. Appearances have been few and far between for him at Chelsea though as he only made a total of 3 first team appearances over 5 seasons there. He did ok when he was sent out on loan to Blackburn (15 appearances, 6.75 rating). In fact, he has played more times for England (8 caps) then for Chelsea.

He has since signed for Manchester United for 2.3 million and he made 3 appearances for them in the latest season.

Marc has won a European Football Championship with England, a FA Cup with Manchester United, an English League Cup with Chelsea and an English Community Shield with Bolton.

Dean Hoo
Dean signed with Bolton for free when he was 17 and played alongside Marc Vaughan for a while. He was also signed by Chelsea for 1.5 million at the same time as Marc but he has managed to have more of a career there. He was quickly loaned out to Sheffield United in the Premier League for one season where he played in 17 games and scored 6 goals. In the past 4 seasons, he has played in 39 games for Chelsea and scored 17 goals. Dean is also an England international with 7 goals in 5 caps.

So far, he has won an English FA Cup with Chelsea, an English League Cup with Chelsea, 2 Community Shields (Bolton and Chelsea) and 2 Premier League titles with Chelsea.
