We are 11 point road favorites heading to Cal. We remember Victor Glover well from last year, but he doesn't seem to be quite the same guy without his go-to All-American wideout. He has thrown for a lot of yards (2259, or more than 300 per game) but has a 13-12 TD-INT ratio and is only completing 54% of his passes. All that adds up to a rating of 136.1. Not bad at all, but not a guy who was early entry material last year. Still, he torched us last year so we will come in with a healthy respect for his game.

WR Cleo Barlow is his new favorite target. Barlow is getting over 100 yards per game but has only found the end zone once.

Their secondary has all kinds of talent. Both corners were top 20 guys in their class coming out of high school. Both are juniors now and grade out very well according to our scouts. SS Thurman Odofile is another talented performer who is leading the team in tackles.

We would be well served to run the ball and keep Edwards healthy. I don't want to be behind in this game with Moorehead or Fazande having to throw against this secondary.
