Others have said it better, but great job all! Lots of amazing progress happening in this thread. In particular I'm looking forward to being, hopefully around the end of next year, in a similar place to what rowech is describing.

Another pretty good week, a couple minor indulgences the first half but nothing major. I slept better, which is a good development.

By the Numbers

First day of pushups was a little rough, and I felt a bit low on energy today for the max tests, but still another strong week.

Two weeks left in the year now, and the holiday challenge is upcoming. The fitness center is closed for Christmas and New Year's, and only open for a few hours in the morning the day before in both cases.
