That's more like it! I better have lost some damn weight this week, seeing as though I ran 4 times and just about 21 miles.
I expect to let loose a little during the holidays, but I'll also have 2 4-day weekends coming up which should give me plenty of treadmill time to make up for it. We'll see. Definitely want to be 175 or less by January 1st.
