It sounds like everyone is doing a better job resisting the Christmas stuff than I am
I got some outdoor running gear for Christmas, so it will be time to start really incorporating the outdoor running in about twice per week. I've been doing exclusively treadmill this month, but knowing that I need to be doing some outdoor running to keep my interest up and to help me better gauge my times as I start preparing for running a 5K or two next year. I'm very confident in finishing that race while running the whole way, but I've got some ideas in my head on what kind of time I would like to post. Still have plenty of work to do in order to meet those times next spring.
