It's been a while since I've checked in with this thread. It's awesome to see all the great progress you guys are making.

I've been kind of up and down since last spring:



(to the people nearing your goal weight: don't let this happen to you)

Thanks to the ubiquitous supply of cookies and sweets in December I managed to gain weight despite running six miles a day. For the new year, I'm resolving to get my diet under control. My goal is to run my first marathon in early May so I'd like to be back below 170 by then. I've yet to run a race that far, but I think it's safe to say 15 lbs would make a huge difference over the course of 26 miles.
