Good week overall -- good start and finish, I did have one bad day eating-wise in the middle on Thursday, but I'm definitely back to my normal routine. I'm sleeping much better than before as well.

For reasons completely unknown, I really hit the wall on squats the last couple of workouts, basically going back a full month. I'm not sure what the issue is there, my legs were just a lot weaker for those(but not in general). Hopefully I'll start building back up again soon.
Solid to good results elsewhere. This next week I have a tournament on the weekend, so it'll be a five-day only and eating well while that's going on could be a challenge. .
