Back under 165 this morning.
Ran start-to-finish my 3.5 mile run yesterday, first time I haven't had to walk at least part of it. I'm sure it was in part because of slower pace I had, but I'm glad to have finished it. I was sick of having to walk parts of that run.
I've got the Christmas sweets out of the house now, but now have about 2 cases of beer left over from our post-Christmas party. So I will probably drink about 2/night until they are gone ... at least it will keep me from drinking wine, which is more expensive
But in all seriousness, can't wait to have these gone because I know it is a handicap to my weight loss efforts.
