This is the last post I made in this thread back on 6/20. Today, I weighed 275.4 so, that was a long, 22 lbs vacation.
I have struggled with trying to lose weight for a long time. I don't know what to do to make myself do what I need to do. Anyway, I thought I would start by coming back to this thread and see if I can get myself to lose weight with the support that there is here. We'll see how it goes.
