I've had some extenuating circumstances, major personal drama, etc. Regardless, yesterday was my first 'good' day of eating right, back at the club, etc. I gained a little over 5 lbs. in this stretch and feel a fair bit weak/lethargic from the lack of good activity, so it's time to get myself back in the groove.

It's amazing how quick your body can be to bounce back from being lethargic and inactive once you've gotten in the habit. You've made a hell of a good start man - I'm amazed.
