When I first posted I talked about just trying to make better decisions in lots of little moments instead of sweeping change, primarily with getting exercise and choosing water over soda more often, things like that. Last couple weeks lots of drastic weather changes seemingly every day and stress over some problems with dad have made it easy to make the wrong decisions pretty consistently! I'll be working on that going into February
If I don't think about it its shockingly easy for a full week to go by and to look back and say "oh shit I don't think I went out for a walk a single day last week, wha happened".
