Depends what you like.
I like the MIT stuff and the TED Talks. Some special event stuff (like the Stewart-O'Reilly debate). And Plex is useful. I use it to tag videos online and watch them on my TV, and sometimes I use a friend's media server to watch his (massive) collection of stuff.
myPlex
HuluPlus is probably also good, for those that use it (I don't).
I also use it to watch some of the Revision 3 podcasts. And have used it with Pandora, but not often.
