The Seahawks defense has probably improved since last season. This year the Seahawks are giving up 23.0 points per game which is 15th out of 32 teams. The Hawks are on pace for 368 points in 2020 compared to 2017 383, 2018 413 and 2019 381. Seattle is allowing just 3.53 yards per carry rushing which ranks 1st in the NFL and are ranked 6th in completion percentage at 58.3%.

Offensively is another story. So far the Hawks are averaging 21.2 points per game which ranks 22nd so we are on pace for 340 points scored. We scored 246 points in 2017, 375 points in 2018, and just 246 points in 2019. We are only completing 53.8% of our passes (29th) and averaging 308.4 average yards per game (29th).
