We're heading over to the US to see my wife's family in late May, and we want to break the flight up with a 6 night stay in Hawaii. It's the first time we've ever been to Hawaii, and I'm a bit clueless as to what to do or where to spend most of our time.
With an 18 month old we're not looking to do anything too adventurous, but I'd like to at least see some of the more picturesque parts of the islands and also relax. Not so interested in shopping etc. as we'll be doing a lot of that when we arrive in the US.
Not Hawaii related and probably deserves another thread, but we've got 10 nights in Tampa as well, and probably 5 of those nights I'd like to spend doing something else - maybe a few nights in Miami, a cruise, etc. Any toddler-friendly suggestions around that way? Is it worth flying out to the Bahamas for a few nights?
