I spend about a week each month in Tampa. Too bad your daughter isn't a bit older, because Disney is just right down the road from Tampa in Orlando. Miami is about a 4 hour drive from Tampa. so easily to drive in one day and still be able to do stuff once you get there. If you wanted to spend some more time in the car, a drive further south to the Keys is always a cool thing to do.
