What Island are you going to? If you are just interested in relaxing and seeing some beautiful nature Kauai is a great place. (It is far and away our favorite of all the islands)
A sail up the Na Pali coast, Waimea Canyon State Park, Horseback riding at Silver Falls ranch and a visit to the Koloa rum company are all simple, relaxing excursions/activities and the Island itself is just gorgeous!
