Now, going back to my incorrect grid, here's what I see...

Note that the capitalized letter spell out "Churchill".

And they are all letters in that group outlined earlier - the adjacent word also has the same letter in the same position.

However, why those letters and not the other 10 in that group? And how do you come up with the proper ordering for the words so that Churchill jumps out at you?
