The 45-year-old is being sued for $25,000 by Ohio bus driver Heather Bormann, who claims Fox punched her in the vagina during a bus incident in Cleveland August 28. According to TMZ, Bormann is seeking damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
When the incident occurred, Bormann, 29, blocked Fox from boarding her party bus, but he "started swinging at me," she told Us Weekly in September. "So I punched him in the jaw."
The single mother of three added that she believes that Fox "owes me an apology."
