I started weighing myself every morning (and most afternoons). I started on 4/5, and here are the weights (ignore the numbers I posted above)

4/5 - 241.0
4/6 - 239.0
4/7 - 239.2
4/8 - 239.2
4/9 - 240.6
4/10 - 239.6
4/11 - 240.4 (first week average: 239.9)
4/12 - 239.2
4/13 - 240.4
4/14 - 240.0
4/15 - 238.6
4/16 - forgot
4/17 - 238.8 (second week: 239.4)

When I would weigh myself in the afternoon, my weight would be a pound or two higher, but the body percentages from my scale would be a point or two better (if BF was 37% in the morning, it would be 35-36% in the afternoon).
