Well, I generally buy 1 20 oz bottle and nurse it through the day, but if I go out to lunch I have a tendency to pound them there.
However, drinking water with lunch shouldn't be the problem. It's those days where I buy 2 or 3 20 oz bottles of soda and just drink and drink....
