Dola -- One recommendation that I foolishly didn't follow last time:

Put numbers for 18 people (or whatever your goal is) so people see there are still open slots.

And dacman I'm estatic to have a new player around and assure you short of a seer's reveal, I will not vote for you on Day 1.
