The FA Cup First Round draw was held this morning. We'll play at BSBN side Alfreton Town on Sat Nov 17th. The Reds were relegated from BSBP after last season but are bidding to make a quick return, currently sitting 3rd in BSB North.

Peter Hoy wants to see me. Gee, wonder what this might be about.
Hoy: I'm good enough & might have to leave to find first team soccer.
Me: Last time I gave you a chance you didn't perform (5.3). You need to show me why I should pick you, not moaning that you want to leave.
Hoy: Do you really want an unhappy player disrupting the club?
Me: No, what I want is a professional player getting on with his job My favorite answer of any interaction I've had so far, spot on perfect
Hoy: Maybe I am being unprofessional but you left me no other choice
Me: No other choice but to let you go

Gosh, I'm just devastated about the opportunity to remove $275/wk of essentially dead salary from the books. A chance to correct one of the mistakes I made in the off-season.
