Was a rough finish for the two teams I was rooting for (Cards and Twins). At this point, I'm rooting for the Nationals to bring the trophy back to the NL.
For the Cards, that was ugly. Way too many strikeouts in this lineup. I can handle Goldy and Ozuna given their production, but Fowler (10 in 33 ABs), DeJong (14/30), Carp (6/13) and Bader (6/12) is awful. We still have Carp and Fowler on the books for 3 and 2 more years respectively - those are some ugly deals right now.
