Honestly, thanks guys. I went back and I haven't played a good villager game in a long time (today was no real difference either) but at least I was on the winning end. I do appreciate it, I needed a villager win.
And no, I wouldn't have made that appeal (nor will I ever) if I'm a wolf, so thanks.
