High School Meet vs Lambert - RESULTS

On Thursday night, when he came home, Brett told us his knees and shoulders were hurting. In fact, they were hurting bad enough he took some ibuprofin before practice Thursday night and only did kick sets. Because it is a general aches and pain and because it is in both shoulders and knees it is probably growing pains combined with fatigue and not an injury. However, it was definately bothering him, as his performance was poor - so poor I'm not going to bother to post his times. They were no where close to his personal bests - in fact he added significant time across the board. We gave him Saturday off, and he doesn't have morning practice for the next couple of weeks, so hopefully, he'll bounce back quickly...
