Of course it's arguable. There is a reason why Duncan was hired as SecEd (and had broad bipartisan support in the Senate - Education Nominee Is Warmly Received in Senate - washingtonpost.com ) - people liked what he did with Chicago's schools. You faithfully argue the left ideology without fail, Imran. So when you don't automatically toe the party line and make Duncan out to be the most amazing awesome thing to come around, it stands out to me.
