So my long term strategy based on what worked in my dynasty is to develop midfielders with Long Pass and FW's with either Cannon Shot or Rainbow Feint. That is a deadly combo because you can easily move the FW's next to the keeper to receive the Long Pass. I used CM's, but I think MF's are better for their felxibility. We can also train up CF's with Head Play to take advantage of GK's with low control.

Once we train our Forwards up to Amateur Forward and see their skills, we can decide on where to go from there. My initial thought is, if we are only using 2 Forwards, Pfeiffer should start over Tiel. Tiel is better than Mengele, but Mengele is 4 years younger.
