Talent doesn't come to you looking for employment or recommend other talent to hire. Workers do have relationships with each other though - some like each other, some dislike each other, some are related. This can effect morale backstage. In DOTT, the starting relationships are based on real life, and new relationships can develop during the game, and existing ones can end.
For example, Hulk Hogan has a "strong dislike" for Jesse Ventura, Ken Patera, Ole Anderson, and a "strong friendship" with Gene Okerland, Jerry Briscoe, Antonio Inoki, The Spoiler, Jimmy Hart, and Jim Duggan, among others. So Hogan will be happiest if you shape your roster accordingly.
