Where is everybody? Let's hear some updates!
My weigh-in from yesterday was pretty good, I lost another 5 pounds. That brings me to:
Start: 225.0 lbs (9/10/06)
Previous: 212.5 lbs (9/24/06)
Current: 207.5 lbs (10/01/06)
Goal: 175 lbs (3/31/07)
Total Loss: 17.5 lbs
