Sticking with the 15 of 19 theory, that means we can afford four people to go on the mission. That's the three searchers and...PB, I guess. This means we'll have NO backup. And if organizing is a x2 skill, and if we only have two of them, we'll actually need 17 of 19. On the other hand, if it's a x3 skill, and we have three of them, we'll only need 14.
