I have hired a new front office staff. In short, the setup here seems to be my team has $20m total to pay for four staff people (including me as GM) and the rest of that $20m is allocated to scouting. So, I presume, there's a strategic element there (one basically missing from FOF) where securing a top-tier coach (who costs more than a bum) means you lose out on something else of value..and vice versa. No real experience with it yet, but in concept, I like the framework.
We are ready to start free agency. I had to manually set a $150m salary cap, and it looks like teams are making adjustments to get cap-aligned. Sounds good, as I want to put my stamp on this team right away.
