When we move up to the National Division next season, we'll be leaving a member of our backroom staff behind.
My former assistant manager, Kevin Bianchini, just accepted the job as manager of Erpeldange. Yes, that Erpeldange. We won't face each other unless it's a friendly or a Cup match, so it's safe for me to wish him well.
I got another surprising piece of news today. Remember Steve Bettmer, our former vice captain? He signed with Oberkorn in January, and now he's decided to hang up his boots and become their manager. Steve has some solid coaching attributes, too.
Guess who we play on 13 April?
Oberkorn, of course.
In the meantime, we're preparing for our Luxembourg Cup match with Wiltz, and I'm looking for a new assistant manager.
