The Career of Mike Monroe (TCY/FOF)

I've tried a few times to make a dynasty that follows a single player throughout his career. After much trial and error, I've decided to follow a guy that not only has a good chance of getting drafted, but also is set to get a good amount of playing time in college. Otherwise, they just ride the bench while I think of other things to write about.

So with this dynasty, I hope to keep things interesting enough while following the player's career from college to the draft and (hopefully) beyond. I'll start in 2004, with the NFL running in the background in FOF. I won't be making any personnel decisions of any kind, I'm only observing. Whatever happens, happens.

#12 MIKE MONROE, Quarterback

University of Washington
6'2", 182 lbs
Olympic Heights Community HS (Boca Raton, Florida)

RATINGS:
OVR: 14/96
Screen: 4/100
Short: 0/100
Medium: 0/100
Long: 0/70
Deep: 12/100
3rdDown: 90
Int's: 1/100
YpT: 7/93
Scramble: 54
Fumbles: 63

The difference between his current and potential ratings is staggering. If everything goes right, his upside is sky-high. He was redshirted as a freshman in 2003, and this year he'll start out as 2nd string QB, behind junior Terry Walz (25/64). Walz still has a lot of room to improve, so hopefully Mike gets some playing time this season should Walz struggle.

Here's Washington's 2004 schedule (they're currently ranked #23 in the top 25):

2 vs. Fresno State
4 vs. UCLA
5 @ Notre Dame
6 @ Stanford
7 vs. San Jose State
8 vs. Oregon State
9 @ USC
10 @ Oregon
11 vs. Arizona
12 vs. California
13 @ Washington State
