vs. Fresno State
I guess the coach changed his mind, because Mike was moved up to 1st string QB before the game.
Washington won the toss, and elected to receive.
On 2nd&11, Mike threw his first college pass to
WR Trevor Strong. It was completed for 16 yards and a 1st down. In the first drive, Mike connected with Strong all 4 times he threw to him, for a total of 52 yards. Oh yeah, and the last pass was a touchdown to put Washington up 7-0 quickly.
Washington beat Fresno State 41-17, a great way to start Mike's career. Here's his gamelog after the first game: (I'll post a new one every time he plays):
