It hasn't amounted to much.
However when they signed Phase I in Dec there were hopes there would be more but then we know what happened with 2020 "annus horribilis".
Regardless, I did appreciate his effort to try something different but unfortunately nothing much has changed and it's too late now because China will just wait him out.
