In an exclusive interview with a football website, West Brom central Defender Ronnie Wallwork has said that he is flattered at reports linking him with a move to Q.P.R.
The centre-back openly stated that he would be foolish to turn down a move to the Rs and will consider any offer they may make him.
Even with the recent acquisition of Yakubu, I look into what it would cost us to get Wallwork to Loftus Road. West Brom still want $150k for him, but there's a glitch. He's currently on loan at Brentford and the transfer would only happen on the next available date, which would be January 1st, 2006. No sense in me making a bid now if we won't see him around for almost 4 months...
