Cal last won a title 14 years ago, but have not missed the tournament in 32 years. Arkansas had its best finish, a lost in the national title game 18 years ago. Penn State is coming off back to back Sweet 16s and is four years removed from their 2nd of back-to-back national titles. Texas, of course, was defeated in last year's national title game by USC.
