Conference Championship Update 2
A quick follow up to the above post. After trying really hard to get approvals on the layout for the senior towels the coach pulled the plug and instead went with a t-shirt she could get done quickly that says "Permanently Tapered" with the teams Viking head logo between the two words. It a great shirt for that purpose as it really seems to sum up the situation. It's not as nice as an embroidered towel, but with the time crunch getting even tighter while waiting on approval for the layout, it's probably for the best.
The stocking caps are also off. We needed the school to provide patches that could be sewn on, but they apparently didn't have enough around and it would have taken too long to get them delivered to mee the start of the meet on Wednesday (2/8).
We've now returned the caps and the towels, so our efforts amounted to nothing. We tried. Once again, another unfortunate result that this happened in Bear's final season.
