I nominate the salmon oliegirl makes, lots of other stuff too, but she knows that's my favorite.

I think it's something like this:

put salmon and some other stuff in the oven
cook some rice or some other side dish too
put some herbs and/or spices on the fish
oh, CAPERS too(I don't know what they are but I know that Oliegirl had me get some from the inlaws last time I was over there)

And there you have it. Now you, too, can make the best dish served in the Dixon household.

If I can find the family recipe book that my mom put together a few years ago I'll submit my mom's taco casserole recipe. even I can make it(though I haven't in a very very long time now) and it was one of my favorites growing up.
