Eay Tomato Cream Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
3 cups whole milk
2 14.5 oz Can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, Basil Oregano & Garlic flavor
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Add milk and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Let simmer until thickened, should just be a minute or two. Add the diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese, stir until cheese melted. Serve over your favorite pasta.
Parmesan Cheese may be substituted for cheddar cheese.
