I've posed these questions over at the RZB but wanted to open them up to a wider knowledge base.

Is there any info on the effects of pistol/shotgun/under center usage?

Do any favour particular QB styles? Does SR factor into any of them?

Also...

Play action, do we have any info on it's usage/effectiveness?

Are there diminishing returns? Does it even work in 3rd and long? Or against 3 and 4 deep?

Also, also...

Thoughts on extra pass protection?

Does anyone actually take notice of this? Does it actually work? If you keep TEs and RBs in to block, don't the defenders assigned to cover them blitz? If so, isn't that creating even more pressure?


Can you go hard and heavy on the above or are they more for adding variety and balance to a GP?
