I got the second one there. I had no idea for the federal bowl. I looked at super bowls that Washington played in, looked for any super bowls that might have been played in Washington. I looked in past super bowl history for one called "the federal bowl" looked for older football leagues like USFL etc for one that had a federal bowl.. just didnt find anything.
