Which would mean
23:00-23:59 = 40%
22:00-22:59 = 50%
21:00-21:59 = 60%
I figured the time frames for previous to 23:00 would be spaced further apart (I think I had 20:00-22:59 as the 50% window), but this could definitely be closer.
