Mobile is up to needing 800 HP per roster spot, so while the 250 helped, it didn't quite get it there.
The good news on the Totally Awesome Hulk? He's the 4* progression reward in the next event, and I pulled another cover of his from a Legendary Token last night, so he's going to be a 3-cover character in short order.
