Did you realign the divisions so that Quebec can play in the same division with Montreal or are they stuck in the Metro still? It's hard, having a home-state team while also knowing that they are (deservedly so) a prime candidate for contraction/relocation/etc.
(My "ideal NHL" scenario sees Arizona, Florida, Nashville/Carolina, and Columbus folded while adding Seattle to the west and Quebec to the East for a 4x7 setup.)
