Yeah like Jon said he was probably making plenty off this opioid scheme that he wasn't doing quid pro quo for tests but I do wonder about the billing. The type of doctor that would give out opioids knowing their dangers would probably have no issue charging me 100 instead of 50 etc...
I just ask my.doctors office for my records under a HIPAA request? Would be interested just to see what they say.
