We host the Wolves. They are 31-34 and we need this game to get us back on the right side of things...

We come out with great offensive intensity, determined to take it to the basket and not settle for jump shots. We build a huge lead by halftime, 55-39.

We cruise to a 93-80 win.

Embiid led us with 19 points, 11 boards, and 3 blocks.

Turner with 12 points, 4 boards, and 2 assists.

Cowen with 12 points, 9 boards, 9 assists, and 4 steals.

Robinson with 12 points, 11 boards, and 3 assists.

GF with 11 points and 4 boards.

Perkins wit 8 points, 8 boards, and 2 blocks. He shot 4 of 13.

Wiggins led them with 11 points and 9 boards. He shot 1 of 12 but was 9 of 10 from the line.

We are now 45-23 and 3rd in the East. Our next game is traveling to play the 1st place Bulls who are 50-19...

Butler exacerbated his shin injury in practice but can play through it...

We try pounding it inside but the Bulls are playing such tough defense. A 15 point 2nd quarter puts us behind 51-39 at the half.

We close the gap with a strong 3rd but ultimately lose 90-83.

Cowen led all scorers with 25 points and 5 assists. He shot 10 of 15 including 3 of 4 from the arc.

Robinson added 14 points and 3 assists.

Perkins with an efficient 13 points, 6 boards. He shot 5 of 9.

Embiid with 13 points, 12 boards, and a block.

The Bulls were led by 23 points from Nelson Williamson. The #6 pick in the 2017 draft has become an excellent sharp shooter in his rookie year. He is averaging 16 ppg and 3.4 apg.

Rose added 17 points and 7 assists.

Middleton with 14 points.

Anthony Davis played hurt this game but still had 14 points, 13 boards, and 2 blocks.

Noah added 10 points and 10 boards.

Wow. They are going to be tough if we face them in the playoffs.

We host the Nets who are 31-37 but 2-8 in their last 10. I'm hoping to rest Butler for most of the game against them...

Sad news as Paul George has suffered a season ending injury to his previously injured leg. This time, he blew out his ACL.

Turner will start at SG. Clarke and Grant will get more time as I try to rest Butler and get him ready for the playoffs...
