Continuing his expansion into Siberia, Emperor Ietsugu sees that the Chukchi tribe holds three provinces. Gizhiga, which Japan has a claim on, north of that is Yarmanka and Kolmya. He wishes to expand his territory for the glory of Japan, but would prefer to vassalize these backwards dogs first.
