Philadelphia Five all left the ABC to join the newly formed BAA top division with the 8 NBA exiles. Salary cap in this new league is $58 million.
For what will now be the 5th division, it'll be a small league of 6 teams with a cap of $19k. After a year or so, will add a team to that league and work on seeing how long it takes to get that team from the bottom of the league to the top in a stats-only setup.
